| The Cellar's cuisine is what we like to refer to as Caribbean Inspired American Cuisine. While hard to define, the unique cuisine originates from the different cultures that America embodies so as not to limit us to one certain cuisine and has been influenced over generations by local spices, techniques and styles. The end result is an eclectic menu of foods that intoxicate both the palate and spirit. We offer the freshest seafood flown in from all over the world. Now under the design of our Executive Chef William McPartland, The Cellar's cuisine takes a step forward while offering a contemporary and artful spin on traditional flavors found in homes across the globe.
